King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun Episode 015 DC Super-Stars in Space #2

Do you like over-sized comics? Comics with extended page counts like DC’s 80 Page Giants, 100 Page Super Spectaculars, and Dollar Comic Giants or Marvel’s King-Size Annuals, Giant-Size Specials, and Double-Sized Issues? How about the physically larger Treasury Comics? Then welcome to the King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun Podcast, join me your host, Kyle Benning, on a one man mission to brave the elements and review over-sized comics in my car during my lunch hour.

Welcome to Episode 15 of the King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun Podcast, I am your host Kyle Benning and this time out I’m joined by my pal Professor Alan Middleton of the Relatively Geeky Podcast Network to discuss the issue DC Super-Stars (of Space) #2 from January 1976, starring Adam & Alanna Strange, Hawkman, Hawkwoman (still called Hawkgirl at the time of the story), the Atomic Knights, and the Knights of the Galaxy. It's a 64 Page DC Bronze Age Reprint book featuring some classic Silver Age DC Science Fiction stories, and it was a true blast to read, so don't miss out on the first episode of King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun with a guest host!

As always you can subscribe to the podcast on iTunes, or download it directly here:King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun Episode 015

You've heard me recommend Professor Alan and his daughter Emily's excellent podcasts over at the Relatively Geek Network before, so if you haven't checked out their podcast and blog yet, what are you waiting for?!?! Head on over to their site The Relatively Geeky Network right now and check out their podcasts. You can also follow their podcast network on Facebook, just head here:Relatively Geeky Podcast Facebook Page.

Feedback for the podcast can be left here at the blog, on iTunes via an iTunes review, emailed to me at my email address kylebenning41@yahoo.com, or on Facebook:King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun Facebook Page

Thank you for listening, and stop back later this week for Episode 16 for my coverage of Rampaging Hulk #9 from 1978.

P.S. You may have noticed that episode showed up about 24 hours ago for a very brief 2 minute span, there was an issue with my recording and Professor Alan's voice was missing! Luckily he recorded a back-up copy, which is the version you now hear! So I removed the wrong file as quickly as possible, but there may have still been a few that made it into the wild before I caught it! Sorry about that!

So without further delay, and before I can stick anymore exclamation points in this post (seriously Kyle, Stan Lee called, he wants his 1960's punctuation back), enjoy the latest and greatest episode of King-Size Comics Giant-Size Fun yet!
